CLYW, Inc. (hereinafter, "Caribou Lodge") is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, accuracy and security of personal information in our possession. This Privacy Policy explains our on-line information practices and how Caribou Lodge collects, uses and discloses the personal information you may choose to provide to us.

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION

"Personal information" refers to information that specifically identifies you as an individual and is provided to or collected by us. It may include, for example, your name, residential mailing address, residential email address, residential phone and facsimile numbers, age, credit card number, and gender. Personal information does not include business contact information or information that is already in the public domain. Caribou Lodge is committed to collecting, using and disclosing personal information responsibly. Personal information that you provide will be used and disclosed only for the purposes to which you have consented.

By using Caribou Lodge's websites you signify your consent to the collection of personal information. Caribou Lodge may modify or revise its Privacy Policy from time-to-time without any notice to you. The revised Privacy Policy shall be posted on our websites. You should review the Privacy Policy on a regular basis for any such changes. You agree that your continued use of our websites after the revised Privacy Policy has been posted constitutes your consent to such revised Privacy Policy.

Information Automatically Collected

We receive and store certain types of information when you contact our websites. Cookies are simple text files that web browsers place on a user's hard drive when sites are visited. Cookies tell us that you are a past user of the website. Caribou Lodge uses cookies to measure the number of visits, average time spent, pages viewed and to gather other statistics relating to the use of our website. No personal information is stored within the Cookies. You may decline Cookies if your web browser permits, but certain features on our websites may not function if you do not accept Cookies.

Log Files

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information. We use two third-party tracking services; Heap Analytics that use cookies to track non-personally identifiable information about visitors. 

Online Advertising We Use

We use Facebook to remarket and advertise ads to our visitors on Facebook. Facebook remarketing will display relevant ads tailored to you based on what parts of the CLYW website you have viewed by placing a cookie on your machine. THIS COOKIE DOES NOT IN ANYWAY IDENTIFY YOU OR GIVE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER The cookie is used to say “This person visited this page, so show them ads relating to that page.” Facebook Remarketing allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you.

Children

Caribou Lodge's website is intended for use by adults and minors over the age of 13. Caribou Lodge does not knowingly collect or use information from minors under the age of 13. 

Personal Information You Provide

Caribou Lodge receives personal information only for a narrow set of purposes. Providing us with your personal information is always your choice. When you request services from us, we ask that you provide sufficient information to enable us to respond to your request. Personal Information may be used:

Service Request or Complaints: Caribou Lodge may collect personal information from you if you contact us with a request or complaint. The information collected may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the necessary facts to enable us to deal with your request or complaint.

Marketing: Caribou Lodge may collect information about you if you consent to participate in any of our marketing initiatives or research. The information collected may include your consumer habits and preferences. We may also send you email promotions and other information that may be of interest to you from Caribou Lodge. 

Contests and Promotions: Caribou Lodge may collect information about you if you participate in any of our contests or promotions.

In certain circumstances, we may provide personal information to third parties for legal or regulatory purposes, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.

If Caribou Lodge or its assets were to be sold, the purchaser is entitled to conduct a "due diligence" review of our records to ensure we are a viable business honestly portrayed to the purchaser. However, Caribou Lodge does not represent or warrant the complete security of the personal information provided to us through our websites.
